GroundLab (“we,” “us”) provides the PulseLab app (“the App”) and handles your data as described below.
The App processes: subject (client) information (name, birth year, sex, email [optional], anonymous code [optional]); heart rate variability data (heart rate, raw RR intervals, HRV metrics such as SDNN, RMSSD, LF/HF, respiration rate, stress index); measurement notes and pre-measurement condition checks.
All data is stored solely on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or access this data, and it is never sent to any external server. The App can be locked with Face ID or your device passcode.
Data is transmitted only when you actively export it (via email or the share sheet). You alone decide the recipient and timing. We are not involved in this process.
The App uses no advertising, no analytics tools, and no third-party SDKs. We do not track you and do not share any personal data with third parties.
Subjects’ (clients’) health information is sensitive personal data. The legal responsibility for collecting, storing, and using it — including obtaining the data subject’s consent — rests with you, the app user (therapist/researcher).
You can delete subjects and measurement records directly within the App. Deleting the App removes all data stored on the device.
The App is a wellness and research-support tool, not a medical device. Measurements are not a medical diagnosis. Please consult a healthcare professional for any health-related decisions.

그라운드랩(이하 “회사”)은 PulseLab(이하 “앱”)를 제공하며, 이용자의 개인정보를 다음과 같이 처리합니다.
측정자(내담자) 정보(이름·출생연도·성별·이메일[선택]·익명 코드[선택]), 심박변이도 측정 데이터(심박수·RR 간격·HRV 지표[SDNN·RMSSD·LF/HF·호흡수 등]·스트레스 지수), 측정 메모, 측정 전 조건 체크 결과를 처리합니다.
모든 데이터는 이용자의 기기 내부에만 저장됩니다. 회사는 이 데이터를 수집·전송·열람하지 않으며, 외부 서버로 보내지 않습니다. 앱은 Face ID 또는 기기 암호로 잠글 수 있습니다.
데이터는 이용자가 직접 내보내기(이메일·공유)를 실행할 때에만 전송되며, 전송 대상과 시점은 전적으로 이용자가 결정합니다. 회사는 이 과정에 관여하지 않습니다.
이 앱은 광고·분석 도구·제3자 SDK를 사용하지 않으며, 이용자를 추적하지 않습니다. 회사는 어떤 개인정보도 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다.
측정자(내담자)의 건강정보는 「개인정보보호법」상 민감정보입니다. 이를 수집·보관·활용하는 법적 책임과 정보주체(내담자)의 동의 확보 책임은 앱 이용자(치료사·연구자)에게 있습니다.
이용자는 앱 내에서 측정자 및 측정 기록을 직접 삭제할 수 있으며, 앱을 삭제하면 기기에 저장된 모든 데이터가 함께 삭제됩니다.
본 앱은 웰니스·연구 보조 도구이며 의료기기가 아닙니다. 측정값은 의료 진단이 아니며, 건강 관련 판단은 의료 전문가와 상담하시기 바랍니다.
