Overview
WinPulse displays the hardware status of a Windows PC on an Android phone. The PC and the phone talk to each other directly over the local network, and nothing in between belongs to us.
Data Collection
WinPulse does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to external servers.
The developer never receives, stores, or accesses user data of any kind.
What data is displayed
- CPU usage, temperature, and power draw
- GPU usage, temperature, power draw, and fan speed
- Memory usage and capacity
- System fan speed
- Storage and DRAM temperature
This data is read from your own PC in real time and displayed on your phone. It is not stored, logged, or transmitted to any third party.
What is stored on your phone
The app keeps the following in its private storage so it can reconnect to a PC you have already approved. It is never transmitted anywhere, and it is deleted when you uninstall the app.
- The paired PC’s name, private IP address, and device identifier
- The connection token issued by that PC
Network Communication
- The App communicates only within your local Wi-Fi network.
- The PC responds only to requests originating from private IP ranges.
- No data is sent to external servers, analytics services, or third parties.
The App requests internet, network state, and Wi-Fi state permissions. These are used solely to find and reach a PC on the same local network.
Third-Party Services
WinPulse does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.
Children’s Privacy
WinPulse does not collect any personal information from anyone, including children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new revision date.

수집하는 개인정보
WinPulse는 어떠한 개인정보도 수집하거나 저장하거나 외부로 전송하지 않습니다.
개발자는 이용자의 정보를 전송받거나 저장하거나 열람하지 않습니다.
화면에 표시되는 정보
- CPU 사용률, 온도, 소비 전력
- GPU 사용률, 온도, 소비 전력, 팬 속도
- 메모리 사용량과 용량
- 시스템 팬 속도
- 저장장치 및 DRAM 온도
이 정보는 이용자 본인의 PC에서 실시간으로 읽어 휴대폰에 표시될 뿐이며, 저장되거나 기록되거나 제3자에게 전송되지 않습니다.
휴대폰에 저장되는 정보
이미 승인한 PC에 다시 연결하기 위해 아래 항목이 앱 내부 저장소에만 보관됩니다. 외부로 전송되지 않으며 앱을 삭제하면 함께 삭제됩니다.
- 연결한 PC의 이름, 사설 IP 주소, 기기 식별자
- 해당 PC가 발급한 연결 토큰
네트워크 통신
- 앱은 같은 Wi-Fi 네트워크 안에서만 통신합니다.
- PC는 사설 IP 대역에서 온 요청에만 응답합니다.
- 외부 서버, 분석 서비스, 제3자에게 전송되는 데이터가 없습니다.
앱은 인터넷, 네트워크 상태, Wi-Fi 상태 권한을 사용합니다. 이는 같은 네트워크의 PC를 찾아 통신하기 위한 용도로만 쓰입니다.
제3자 서비스
WinPulse는 제3자 분석 도구, 광고, 추적 기술을 일절 사용하지 않습니다.
아동의 개인정보
WinPulse는 만 13세 미만 아동을 포함한 누구의 개인정보도 수집하지 않습니다.
방침의 변경
이 방침이 변경되는 경우 변경된 내용을 이 페이지에 게시하고 수정일을 갱신합니다.
